Concord vs Lyndonville First game of the season

Last night Concord was Lyndon for two Middle school level games!

Concord  G/B at Lyndon v. Daffinrud-7/8G + Page-8B 12/16

Girls:

It was a great first game! The girls came out very aggressive and ran the floor very well in transition.

The team has a couple great outside shooters with Hayden D'agostino (8 pts) hitting two 3 pointers and Brianna Bunnell (15pts) hitting one. On the night, the team had only eight total turnovers, very impressive for the first game. Everyone contributed in some way. Great team effort!

Boys:

Thursday night at LTS marked the first game for both Kingdom East teams, Concord and Lyndon Town School. Both teams had a fast run and gun pace offense to start off the game.

Lyndon pulled out to a 11-2 lead after the first quarter after 8 points, including two three pointers from Elliot Marcuau, who finished with 16 points. Concord was able to get some offense going in the second quarter, with the help of Hudson Fenoff. Fenoff was Concord's high scorer with 10 points. Lyndon was able to edge Concord in the second half, outscoring them 13-10. The final score was 30-18, Lyndon.

Logan Wheeler chipped in with 5 points early on. Chase Sanville did a nice job defensively and was all over the glass. Sanville finished the game with 7 points.
