SCHOOL YEAR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

KESD is excited to support students and teachers in exploring their personal interests, getting outside, and project based learning during the school day!


The KESD Experiential Learning Program collaborates closely with KEAP to bring mountain biking, cross country skiing, overnight outdoor trips, and more to the KEAP program.

Bike Club Spring 2025

KEAP Spring Bike Club is starting Tuesdays and Thursdays May 6th (weather depending). If your student would like to be part of the mountain bike club (all abilities welcome) please complete the registration form.

KESD Summer Camp started on July 1st, with our largest student enrollment yet! Students have already visited Powers Park, the Bread & Puppet Museum, played sports, biked, started Art and STEM projects, played music, and there is so much more to come.

Kingdom East would to make a huge shout out to the Kingdom Trails for their Mini Grant and to the NVRH Community Health Fund for supporting our Experiential Learning programming through grants to purchase gear for youth to use outside!
