                      The Sutton Village School seeks a Maintenance/Custodian for the purpose of working with a School’s building and grounds crew, performing the daily cleaning and sanitary actions needed to keep a safe and healthy school, with minor repair and alteration of the campus buildings and grounds; This position requires custodial tasks including cleaning, disinfecting, dusting and floor care, as well as maintenance tasks. 


                      Candidates shall have proven experience collaborating with others, written and oral communication skills, keeping buildings and equipment operating.  Experience must include optimizing daily custodial and some maintenance efficiencies, preventive maintenance/custodial practices, and maintaining a safe and healthy facility.   Maintenance practices, as well as repairs should be expected, both independently and as part of a team.


                      This position is a full year, full benefit, hourly position which includes standard vacation and insurance packages.


                      The pay range for this position is currently $17.21/hr.-$23.57/hr.
