Bright Futures:

Guidelines for Health Supervision of Infants, Children and Adolescents, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that all children have an annual well-care visit. The Kingdom East School District, including the schools: Burke, Concord, Lyndon, Lunenburg, Miller's Run, Newark and Sutton recommends that all children have an annual well-care visit. This is noted on the Kingdom East and school websites, in all Kingdom East and school student handbooks and on our annual student medical forms.
