KEAP February Break Camp Offers Winter Adventure for Middle School Students
February 19, 2026
The Kingdom East After School Program (KEAP) is excited to offer a February Break Camp for students in grades 5–8 during the upcoming school vacation. This free four-day camp will take place Monday through Thursday, February 23–26, and will provide students with the opportunity to stay active, explore the outdoors, and enjoy winter in Vermont.
Camp will run daily from 9am-3pm at the Lyndon Outing Club. Students will spend their days participating in a variety of winter activities such as cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and other local outdoor adventures. One day will also include ice skating at Lake Morey.
This program is free to attend and includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day. KEAP staff will also have winter gear available for students who need to borrow items such as boots, gloves, or hats, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably.
February Break Camp is open to students from across Kingdom East communities, but space is limited and advance registration is required. Families will be notified once placement is confirmed.
KEAP programs are designed to provide engaging academic, enrichment, and recreational opportunities in a safe and supportive environment, helping students build skills, confidence, and connections beyond the school day.
