May 19 KESD North 8th grade baseball at North Country

The final score for Thursday night's game against North Country was 7-4, in six innings, on a rainy evening.

Jackson Dwyer threw three shutout innings to start the game. He was followed by Logan Wheeler and Beckett Bailey.

Cannon Fillion was called in to pitch with one out in the bottom of the 6th.

With the tying run at the plate, Fillion sat down North Country in order to secure the save.

Lyndon played great all around team defense throughout the contest.

Wheeler led the offense with two hits, and he scored twice.

Adrian Mitchel, Karter Morey, Beckett, and Isaac Lefebvre each had one hit.

The team plays next on Monday in a rematch with STJ at the NVU field.
