KESD North 8th grade baseball vs St. Johnsbury May 23

The 8th Grade baseball team continued it's roll winning a well played game v. STJ 5-2 at NVU on Monday.

Chase Sanville started the game and went four innings, and Cannon Fillion finished the game on the mound. The pair combined to strike out 16 STJ hitters.

After spotting STJ to a 1-0 lead in the first, the boys scored 3 in the bottom of the 4th inning and sealed the game.

The STJ pitching limited the North team in hits, but the team put the ball in play, and forced a number of STJ miscues with aggressive baserunning.

The team plays Friday v. Oxbow at the NVU field.
