February 16 KESD Richardson 5th Girls vs. Danville

The Kingdom East 5th grade girls finished the season strong with a 18-16 win over Danville.

Lucia Tenaglia led the offense with 10 points, Ali Richardson stepped in on short notice to help with four points, while Norah Lavalley and Emily Taylor had two points each.

Brooke Simpson and Lauren Richardson worked hard setting screens to create shots on offense, and were tough on defense causing multiple turnovers.

Overall the season was a success, the girls worked hard facing a very difficult schedule and improved their skills significantly after a long layoff due to the pandemic.
