KESD School Nurses Attend the Working Together Conference in Burlington, Vermont

On Wednesday, August 24th our KESD School Nurses are spending the day sharpening their skills at the Working Together Conference in Burlington, Vermont. This conference is being hosted by UVM Children's Hospital and the Vermont State School Nurses Association. 


Some of the topics being covered at this conference include: 
  • Transgender Youth
  • Orthopedics
  • Diabetes
  • Suicide Risk Assessment & Management
  • Eating Disorders & Childhood Obesity Celiac Disease & Encopresis
  • and more


VSSNA and University of Vermont Medical Center Nurse Educators are collaborating to provide a full day of professional development for School Nurses throughout Vermont.
