School nurses share 5 tips to keep kids healthy at school

Here at Kingdom East School District we hold our students, faculty, staff, and communities health and safety as a primary focus while also providing quality education in our schools. We could not have made it through the 2021-2022 school year without the work of our courageous school nurse team.


The start of a new school year is a time for new learning, new schedules and new teachers and friends. Unfortunately, it can also be a time for new illnesses as students return to spending time inside classrooms. "Good Morning America" spoke with several school nurses across the country for their tips to ensuring kids have a great and healthy school year.
