October 6, 2022 Game Summary --


Three different players scored as the KESD South 5/6 girls rallied to a 3-1 victory over visiting Danville on Wednesday at Concord High School.


Tangeni Dimick, Chloe Johnson and Brynn Bullard all found the back of the net as the KE girls rallied from a 1-0 deficit 

on a sunny-70-degree afternoon to remain unbeaten.


Down 1-0 after a first-half strike from Danville's Mya Franson, Johnson got the equalizer and Dimick put KESD up 2-1 before halftime. Bullard added the insurance goal in the third quarter.


Kenzi Lasnier and Tanner Kittredge were strong in defense while Laney Cahoon made multiple tough saves in her goaltending debut.


Lyra Simonds, Izzy Parker, Adrienne Ranney, Lucy Chase, Poppy Beniash and Lily Patoine were also important in the KE victory.


It was the third meeting between the teams -- the first two ending in ties.


KESD (2-0-3) next plays two games on Saturday at the Lyndon Town School Jamboree.
