KESD South Softball vs Haverhill May 17

The KESD - South Softball team had a great first game on Thursday, when they hosted Oxbow. Battery mates, Makayla Savage and Mya Barney, tried to keep the big bats of Oxbow off balance. Savage threw the complete game with 4 K's and 4 walks, while Barney had a nice pick off throw to 1st. Mackenzie Hayden, Hannah Albright and Savage all had hits for the KESD girls. Kingdom East got solid contact from Baylie Smith, Mya Barney, and Aliah Hale as well! Oxbow used their big bats to out power Kingdom East. The ladies did a fantastic job and look to improve even more in the next game!
